Absolutely one of the best pho spots I’ve been to! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The service was fast, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The pho was outstanding. The broth was rich, flavorful, and tasted like it had been simmering for hours. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the beef was tender and fresh, and the portions were generous. They brought out a fresh plate of basil, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and lime that really took the bowl to the next level. The table also had plenty of condiments to customize the flavor exactly how you like it. We also ordered the egg rolls and fried shrimp, and both were crispy, fresh, and delicious. They paired perfectly with the dipping sauces. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxed atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. Great food, generous portions, excellent prices, and some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at a restaurant. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this spot

Best pho I ever had. Went with my friends. They were fast, polite and friendly. We all got the Special Pho. Oh My God. Amazing. The broth… so rich. beautiful tasting. I melted. Will be coming again. Total was like 30 smth (me and my two friends). Really good price.

I want to take my time to share how great the pho is at this shop. It's authentic and the flavors are amazing. The people here are so friendly and always great us with a smile. The family that runs the shop is great and the pho is so good. My family and I always get the rare steak pho and it is amazing. I haven't tried anything else because the steak pho is so good but I can assure you that all their food here is great. We get two large pho bowls and 1 extra order of vegetables to split between the two bowls. I feel like this is the best pho in Fresno. It is always fresh and leaves me feeling so satisfied. If you've never been you have to go and try it yourself!

Saigon Shophouse is a gem. The staff is sweet, friendly, and very attentive, and they are genuinely accommodating with allergies and vegetarian preferences. The beef rare steak pho is outstanding and absolutely worth a 30-minute drive. The broth is rich, deeply flavorful, and comforting, with generous portions that truly feel healing from the inside out. It’s what I want when I’m sick, or need to warm up! Consistently great food and service. Highly recommend. *Update-I picked up a to go order, and they graciously gave me a set of bowls and utensils, like they use in the restaurant so we can enjoy it at home! Such a nice gesture.

The best pho I’ve had in Fresno. The egg rolls and lemon grass chicken are delicious. The place is clean and service is great. The pho broth is not overly seasoned and they use clean water. A must try!
